【Characteristics of action】 The third-generation cephalosporin broad-spectrum antibiotics are effective against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, especially for Escherichia coli, and have a bactericidal effect. Cefotaxime sodium is especially effective against gram-negative bacteria, which is significantly better than the first and second-generation cephalosporins. In addition to its effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa, it is less effective on Pseudomonas aeruginosa, but also on influenza bacilli, E. coli, enterobacter, and citric acid. Acid bacteria, Serratia, Klebsiella, and β-lactamase-producing drug-resistant Escherichia coli are stronger than Pioneer Bisu. At the same time, the penetration of cefotaxime sodium into the cerebrospinal fluid to treat meningitis caused by gram-negative bacteria is also stronger than Pioneer.
